Any Users of Comic Book Creation Software Out There?

We've been contacted by a researcher for the CBC program Street Cents looking for people who have used this sort of software

We're a consumer program for kids. I am doing research for a potential story on making your own comic books and I was hoping that maybe you could point me
in the right direction. Do you know of anyone who has any experience using comic book creation software?
