Cherry Bomb Comics: New Shop

Word has reached us that a new store, Cherry Bomb Comics, will be opening on July 29th 2004!

Cherry Bomb Comics aims to provide an opportunity for people to discover comics made by women, and comics with an alternative bent. Cherry Bomb is anti- sexism, racism and homophobia, and their stock will reflect this. They have some great graphic novels, comics and zines by women from the US, UK and of course Aotearoa.

They also have a reading library with comfy couches so you can come and hang out and read comics in the shop!

They hope to have everything ready in two weeks' time, so if you have any comics, zines, art, accessories, music, clothing etc that you make and want to sell at Cherry Bomb, they are interested to hear about it.
