6 year old wins Pulitzer with first comic

The literary world is divided over the shock announcement that Lily Boyask's 12 page mini comic was awarded the prestigious price for literature this week. "It used the medium of the comic to examine the big issues of today in such a straightforward and insightful manner that some of the judges even refused to waste their time reading the other works nominated" a spokesperson said.

While disappointed, some of the other nominees were surprisingly supportive of Lily's win. Don d'Lilo was reported to have commented "After I read her comic, I think I can safely say the novel is well and truly dead as a relevant means of expression. I'm off to take drawing classes."
