In the best tradition of DIY low-fi comic making Jeffrey puts together a bizarrely anarchic series of strips that follow no logical system that I've ever encountered. The doodles, scribbles and text here might record the adventures of Bear "Brad" Bartman, a balloon that talks and manages to get a job with MTV. I say might, 'cause there is no real plot in evidence here and "Brad" doesn't always make an appearance.

The subject matter included in this issue dating, TV sitcoms, Ruthless penises, Duran Duran and talking donkeys. It moved from weird to crazy then back to weird demanding that the reader go with the flow and enjoy the anarchy of it all. It made me smile.

In a word: Wacky
