Comments: The world of the Crime Syndicate of Amerika is not a place you would want to live in. Ultraman, Owlman, Super Woman, Power Ring and Johnny Quick rule it with an iron fist. But they are tired of it since it presents no more challenges.

Than they find Qward and they have a new world to destroy. Than time goes back and something different happens.

The story focuses on the CSA with the JLA nowhere to be found. The CSA are a ruthless bunch. They enjoy murder, mayham and just plain being evil for the fun of it. Kurt Busiek knows what he is doing as he shows us these anti-JLA thugs.

The art shows off their evil malicious nature to perfection. Owlman we see torturing Johnny Quick just because he interfered with Owlman killing others.
