TMNT #4 was a romp into intriguing adventure! Loved the way that you showed how they train with their swords and snowmen. Seeing the retired superheroes watching the news and getting a tad excited, as they wanted to jump in. After thinking about it, they knew to leave the situation to the young superheroes. The coverage taking place in a no fly zone kept me right on the edge of my seat and I wanted to know what was taking place.
A humungus spaceship lands in the waters outside of New York and becomes a huge metallic island. Superheroes are everywhere, waiting to see what will happen next. Every surprise from the ship was exhilarating. First the appearance of the lost space shuttle Defiant. Then the crewmembers of the Defiant make their appearance and the populace goes wild. Then the strange alien visitors that have everyone nervous, due to their ugly appearance. When the leader of the aliens trips over his own feet, everyone is relaxed, but should they be? They may think the aliens are clumsy, but is this all a ploy?
I am anxious to find out what will occur in the next TMNT adventure. Loved Mistress Karai, she is one superb feminist fighter. I wouldn't want to get in her way! With all of this going on, there is another cliffhanger as Raphael and Michaelangelo encounter the strange beast in the sewer system! I can't keep up with the excitement!
