Masterpiece announces first mini-series.

Wild Boys: Dawn Of The Wild is a full color, four issue, monthly mini-series from Masterpiece Comics. It is currently schedule to begin publication in late 2006/early 2007.

First genetic engineers created them to fight wars; then politicians tried to destroy them out of fear. On the eve of an alien invasion no one saw coming, the Wild Boys did nothing. For twenty years now, they’ve lived on the move and on their own, doing whatever they must to stay one step ahead of the conquering Jovarn, and the humans who once betrayed them. Among the humans, a small band of rebels know that the Wild Boys are their best hope for survival. The Wild Boys know it too. Their response: Humans be damned.

Wild Boys is created and written by Ace Masters with art, ink and co-colors by Irapuan Luiz. Michelle Fiorucci handles the lettering and co-colors. Tom Wallace serves as editor for the mini-series.
