A Message From Lizard Comics

I believe that the comic book industry is imploding in its current form. Like many other comic creators, I used to publish my own line of comics. Making a profit in today’s comic market self publishing is relatively unheard of.

However, there is another way. A better way. Over time, I’ve come up with a method that I believe will change the comic book form and breath new life back into it.

What I’ve done is create an online comic book publishing company that is completely FREE. Everything on our site is viewable to the public for FREE. Money will be generated by affiliates and advertisers. We’re going to offer our services to all of the small press companies and bring in as many of them as we can under one publishing umbrella. This will also be a viewer controlled website. We will be taking submissions from potential comic creators, and our viewers will be able to vote on what comics are carried on the site. All of the creators featured on our site will retain their copyrights and trademarks, but will also be able to work on other creators trademarks. We’re building a business that will give the control of the comic industry back to the fans, the characters created back to the creators, and make comics affordable and accessible to everyone again.
