New Batman Film Titled Batman Begins

Warner Brothers new Batman will be called Batman Begins, not the widely rumored “Batman: Intimidation Game”, according to a report from Variety.

Variety reported that “Intimidation Game” was a code name to prevent fans from following the project's development.

Batman Begins features a star-studded cast which includes Christian Bale (Equilibrium) as Batman/Bruce Wayne, Michael Caine (Secondhand Lions) as Wayne's trusted butler Alfred, Katie Holmes (The ) as a childhood friend of Wayne's, Ken Watanabe (The Last Samurai) as the villainous mastermind Ra's Al Ghul, Liam Neeson (Star Wars: The Phantom Menace) as Wayne's mentor Henri Ducard and Morgan Freeman (The Big Bounce) as former Wayne Enterprises employee Lucius Fox.

Christopher Nolan (Insomnia) is directing the film, which will be produced by Emma Thomas, Charles Roven and Larry Franco. The script was written by David Goyer (Blade 3) and Nolan.
