According to The Pulse, fan-favorite writer Gail Simone (Birds of Prey, Killer Princesses) is returning to Marvel’s Agent X for a three-issue series finale beginning with #13.
Agent X was slated to be cancelled after issue #12, but fan response prompted Marvel to greenlight the three-issue arc. The finale will give Simone the opportunity to wrap up her initial storyline the way she intended. The book’s original art team, UDON, will also be returning.
Simone reluctantly left Agent X after issue #7 due to differences with her editor on the direction of the book.
