Hey Ray,
You can pre-order the book on the website, http://tjcomics.com/?page_id=231. I'm currently trying to work with Haven, but the book should also be available for retailers to order through Comicsmonkey. Additionally, when the book is released, it will most likely be available at IndyPlanet as well.
