Whiz comics 1939
 

I have just come into possesion of a comic which was made by whiz comics in 1939. I am asuming that this is a first edition as everything i read about whiz starts in 1940 and is #2. This explains how captain marvel became to be. Can someone please help me out by telling me how rare this is and what sort of value it may hold.
