I love comics that take on big themes, and I love comics that use super-heroes as backdrop for realistic stories.
This is the first issue of Girls that I've read, but I really enjoyed it.
"Do you see, now? Do you understand?" This line is said near the end of this issue between one character and another, and the great irony is that though we see what’s going on, we don’t really understand it.
