WLG #417: The Move Continues
Well the Big Move continues.
Well the Big Move continues.
Am I the only one who hates moving? I seriously doubt it.
Phenomenon (noun) something that is impressive or extraordinary This week for What Looks Good I have a couple of choices on here that some people would say are part of a special phenomenon within comics, something that transcends the usual boundaries of our hobby and is embraced by the mainstream public.
Guess if I was a diehard fan of the character from before the New 52 I might be shocked by the ‘change’. Otherwise I don’t see the need to make a big deal about it.
You would think with Marvel and DC both knee deep in ‘Big Event’ Land that those two publishers would have balanced their release schedules a little better to have more tie in products for sale each week.
Mission Accomplished.
I’ve tried to balance my huge interest and curiosity about the film with not wanting to spoil what promises to be the biggest film in comic book history. It’s getting more difficult...
That was a short break wasn’t it? After last week’s jam column we are back on schedule and it’s my turn at the wheel of the good ship What Looks Good.
Greetings and Salutations one and all! Welcome to the latest installment of what is, if not the longest running column in the history of the world, should be: What Looks Good! The place where nearly every week in and out you can stop by and see what's looking good in the world of comics (and occasionally the world of music, movies, and television, too!).
"And there came a day, a day unlike any other, when Earth's mightiest heroes were united against a common threat! On that day The Avengers were born — to fight foes no single hero could withstand!" So the big news this past week was the debut of the new Marvel Studios’ The Avengers trailer.
